COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
How We Collect Your Personal Information
To take advantage of our prescription drug pricing, you will need a
unique card identifier. You can obtain the card identifier by obtaining
a card from a pharmacy, or we can auto-generate a card number for you
each time you access the Site. If you use different card identifiers
each time you receive our available pricing, we may be unable to track
your prescription drug claims across the different card identifiers. If
you use a same card identifier multiple times, we will associate each
use with the same unique card identifier regardless of on whose behalf
the card identifier was used. Such usage is not presently viewable by
you through the Site, but usage information may become viewable in a
future version where Site login would be required. You must separately enroll your pet to utilize Inside Rx as indicated on the Site.
The pharmacies at which you use the card identifier may share certain
Personal Information, Health Information, and/or Pet Information with us to enable us to process your prescription drug pricing. We may also use the received
Personal Information to communicate with you regarding the Site such as
additional Site features and functionality.
Drug Pricing Search
By presenting your card identifier at your pharmacy, your pharmacist can
provide you with our prescription drug pricing. When available through
the Site, we will provide you with estimated pricing for identified
prescription drugs at indicated in-network pharmacies. With your consent, we may use your device geolocation information and/or self-identified location to
determine nearby pharmacies that are in-network and may be available to
dispense the request prescription drug to you at the indicated price.
Prescription drug pricing for certain drugs, such as controlled
substances, may be displayed through the Site but unavailable to you due
to legal restrictions or otherwise.
