No insurance? No problem. If you have no insurance or have experienced high out-of-pocket costs for your medication(s) for any reason, give Inside Rx a try. Please see important eligibility requirements below. We work with pharmaceutical manufacturers directly, which helps to keep certain brand medication prices as low as possible.

Inside Rx Savings Card
It’s easy. Once you confirm you are eligible to use the card, just follow the steps below:
- Download your Inside Rx card instantly, request a text or email with your card, download the mobile app or print out your card and take it to a participating pharmacy with your prescription.
- Show your card to your pharmacist, who will find your Inside Rx price.
- Then pay and enjoy the savings. That’s it!
Anyone with a valid prescription can use Inside Rx. However, restrictions exist for certainonly. For example, if you participate in a state or federally funded health care program, such as Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE or others, you may not use Inside Rx to purchase specific featured brand medications, even if you elect to pay for the prescription as an uninsured or cash-paying patient. You may use Inside Rx if you are enrolled in one of these programs and choose to purchase generic or non-featured brand medications. Additionally, if you’re 65 or older, you cannot use Inside Rx to purchase Advair® HFA, Anoro® Ellipta®, Arnuity® Ellipta®, Breo® Ellipta®, Incruse® Ellipta®, Trelegy Ellipta, Flovent® Diskus® or Flovent® HFA.

The Inside Rx card is not insurance and it cannot be combined with your insurance, copay cards or any other secondary payer. If you go outside of your benefit and use the Inside Rx card, the cost of your medication may not apply toward your deductible or other cost-sharing requirements. Before using the Inside Rx card, check your insurance benefit because it may provide greater savings than the Inside Rx card.
So you may be able to use a Flexible Savings Account (FSA) to pay for your prescription when using Inside Rx, depending on the terms of your FSA.
The world is your oyster! Ok, maybe not the world, but your card is good at over 50,000 pharmacies in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Pharmacy and Pricing
This program is valid at participating pharmacies in all U.S. states and Puerto Rico. If your pharmacy is in the network but unable or unwilling to process your discount, please have the pharmacist(7 days a week, 8:00AM - 9:00PM EST).
If it’s free, it’s for me! With Inside Rx, there are no separate annual or monthly membership fees or costs. Just show your prescription and your Inside Rx card to gain access to our lowest possible pricing on your medication. You can choose to use or not use the card at any time.
Magic! But really, we work directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers and retail pharmacies who are committed to providing more affordable medications by paying a portion of the cost of the prescription medication.
You can always check the current price of your prescription online, byor by asking the pharmacist to run a test purchase at the counter. But since we aren’t psychic (though that would be pretty cool), we cannot guarantee the price you pay at the pharmacy will always be the price that is displayed or advertised in advance of your purchase. Pricing may change over time and may vary depending on the pharmacy at which you fill the medication.
Inside Rx partners with different retailers to secure the best rates for consumers. Prices vary based on various factors relating to those individual relationships. Don’t worry, we are always making new friends (partners).
Prescription prices change frequently based on different forms, dosages, quantities and market dynamics. We can’t control drug prices any more than we can the weather, but we will always try to get you the lowest available price.

Currently, the Inside Rx Pets card is only valid with human medications for pets. It cannot be used to purchase medications that are prescribed exclusively for animals, such as certain types of parasiticides or vaccines.
No, the Inside Rx Pets card can be used with valid prescriptions written and dispensed for animals by a veterinarian or other appropriately licensed care provider, at participating pharmacies that fill prescriptions for animals.
Just like with our human clients, the Inside Rx Pets card is not insurance and cannot be combined with any insurance benefit, copay assistance program or other third-party financial benefits. If you still have questions, take a look at thefor the Inside Rx Pets card.
Currently, the Inside Rx Pets card can be used to purchase many human medications prescribed to pets, such as antibiotics, antidepressants and drugs to treat diabetes and asthma. It cannot be used to purchase medications that are prescribed exclusively for animals, such as certain types of parasiticides or vaccines.

Inside Rx cannot guarantee that the price you pay at the pharmacy will always be the price that is displayed or advertised in advance of your purchase. Pricing may change over time, and may vary depending on the pharmacy at which you fill your medication.
You wouldn’t use the same water dish as your pet would you? Pet parents will need to use the Inside Rx Pets card to fill a prescription for their pets. The Inside Rx Pets card is a different card from the card you use to fill your own prescriptions, or prescriptions for your other two-legged family members.
Our featured brand medication pricing, available for certain brand medications, is only available in connection with the Inside Rx card for humans. If any of those medications are prescribed for your pet, you may still be able to save an average 15% off the cash price, but you would not be able to fill your prescription for your pet for the featured brand medication price.
Pricing may vary, depending on dosage and quantity. Note that our site offers separate search tools for medications prescribed for humans as compared to medications prescribed for pets.

Express Scripts Parachute Rx℠ is an extraordinary prescription discount program for these extraordinary times. It provides Americans who are newly uninsured with access to affordable and predictable prices on select generic and brand-name medications.
Express Scripts Parachute Rx offers deep discounts on some prescription medications, capping costs at $25 for a 30-day supply of generics, and $75 for a 30-day supply of brand-name medications for eligible consumers who pay 100% out of pocket for medications because of their uninsured status. This is not health insurance. Express Scripts created this limited-time program through its close partnerships with manufacturers and retail pharmacies across the country. Parachute Rx is available exclusively from Express Scripts and is administered by, our subsidiary that specializes in prescription drug discount programs for self-paying consumers.
Express Scripts, along with pharmaceutical manufacturers and participating pharmacies across the country, recognize that Americans who are newly unemployed and uninsured face growing concerns that they may no longer be able to afford medications for themselves and their families. We came together to create an extraordinary program for this extraordinary time to help people continue their access to prescription medications that have prices which are more affordable and predictable.

Most people who use Express Scripts Parachute Rx will be asked to complete an attestation confirming that they have recently lost employment as a result of the pandemic, and are currently without pharmacy coverage.
There is no enrollment fee or commitment required to use the program.
Express Scripts Parachute Rx will be available for a limited time.
In general, any consumer who is uninsured as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Customers can find information about additional eligibility requirements, including restrictions that apply for specific brand medications, at.
Anyone with a valid prescription may be eligible to use Parachute Rx. However, restrictions exist for the brand medications included in the program. Consumers who participate in a state or federally funded health care program, such as Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE or others are not eligible to participate.
Unfortunately, you are not eligible to participate. Federal and state laws prohibit the use of discount programs by people who receive government-provided pharmacy coverage.
This program is designed for customers who are newly uninsured as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. People who have insurance coverage through an employer, or who receive coverage from a government-provided program, including TRICARE, Medicare and Medicaid, are not eligible.
People who are underinsured may use InsideRx.
More than 40 brand-name medications and test strips from companies including Eli Lilly, Astra Zeneca, Bayer, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, Roche Diagnostic, and Sanofi-Aventis are available through Parachute Rx along with thousands of generic medications. The available medications are among the most commonly used medications in the U.S. for conditions such as asthma, diabetes, glaucoma, heart disease, migraine, non-opioid pain management, reproductive health, seizures, and thyroid conditions. Additional medications may be added to the program over time.

Specialty medications are not part of the program at this time.
Eligible consumers can choose to get their medication delivered to their home from the Express Scripts Pharmacy® or at more than 50,000 participating pharmacies, including national chains such as Walgreens, CVS, and Rite-Aid, and thousands of grocers and local community pharmacies.
Prices could vary by pharmacy; however for applicable medications, they will not exceed $25 for a 30-day supply of a generic, or $75 for a 30-day supply of brand-name medication at the participating pharmacies.
Express Scripts Parachute Rx is a limited time program for newly uninsured Americans, and will provide affordable and predictable prices for generics and select brand-name medications. It will be administered by Inside Rx, and as such, the experience for the consumer will be very similar to using the. However, the cost caps of $25 for a 30-day supply of generics, and $75 for a 30-day supply of brand-name medications, will only be available to eligible Parachute Rx customers while the program is active.
Yes. Consumers can view available medications and then current prices via. Prices cannot be guaranteed and could be different at the point of sale.
Yes. However, the discounts apply to 30-day supplies, and would be pro-rated based on the dispensing quantity. For example, a 60-day supply of a brand-name medication that costs $75 for a 30-day supply would cost $150 for a 60-day supply.
No. When you return to work and gain insurance coverage, your plan’s designated copayments and cost-sharing will apply to your medication. You also will need to ensure the pharmacy you are using is part of your new insurance coverage.
Express Scripts Parachute Rx works independently of other prescription discount program and cannot be combined with any other offers. If you are able to obtain your medication at a lower cost using a different program, then you will need to use that program.
Yes; however, the Parachute Rx pricing will end when the program ends. After the program ends, self-paying customers who wish to continue using the Express Scripts Pharmacy will be offered Inside Rx discounts.
