Seysara
Sarecycline Hcl
What is Seysara used for?
Sarecycline is used to treat moderate to severe acne. This medication belongs to a class of drugs known as tetracycline antibiotics. It is thought to work by slowing or stopping the growth of certain bacteria on the skin. It may also lessen redness and swelling caused by acne lesions. This antibiotic treats only bacterial infections. It will not work for viral infections (such as common cold, flu). Using any antibiotic when it is not needed can cause it to not work for future infections.
