Dolutegravir and rilpivirine is a combination antiviral medicine used to treat HIV, the virus that can cause the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). Dolutegravir and rilpivirine is for use only in people who have been successfully treated with other antiviral medications for at least 6 months. Dolutegravir and rilpivirine may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
